Job Summary
The Client Engagement Officer is responsible for managing inbound website leads, seeking potential buyers through outbound approaches, and creating detailed proposals. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management and Client Acquisition
- Manage and nurture website inbound leads to identify potential opportunities.
- Implement outbound strategies (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to discover and engage potential buyers.
- Proposal Creation
- Develop detailed, persuasive proposals tailored to client needs and agency offerings.
- Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure technical accuracy and alignment.
- Sales and Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Regularly report on sales activities, lead status, and client interactions.
Skills Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales or client relationship management, preferably in a digital agency setting.
