Drivers have a separate app where they can see all their orders, collections, messages from customers, and navigation. On the admin side, we can monitor all activities, such as orders, cancelled orders, and more, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The Solutions
One of the unique challenges we faced while developing Span was the need to match drivers with the right type of vehicle for the specific goods being transported. Our advanced filtering system, built using Machine Learning algorithms, allows for accurate matching and ensures that the right driver is matched with the right vehicle, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of damage to goods during transport.
Another challenge we faced was in making the app easy to navigate and use for drivers, many of whom may not be highly educated. To address this, we have made the app simple and intuitive to use, with a user-friendly interface. Additionally, we have added support for Urdu language, to further improve accessibility for our drivers.
